മെല്ലെ ജീവിതത്തോട്‌ പറയും മറക്കുകാ.. മറക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നതെല്ലാം ...

പൊറുക്കുക പൊറുക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നതെല്ലാം....

ഈ ലോകത്തിൽ നമുക്ക്‌ നമ്മോട്‌ ചെയ്യുവാൻ പറ്റുന്ന ഏറ്റവും വലിയ കാരുണ്യം ....

എത്ര നാളത്തെ ആഗ്രഹമായിരുന്നു കുട്ടികൾക്കൊപ്പം ഒരു രാത്രി എന്റെ ഈ കൊച്ചു വീട്ടിൽകിടക്കണമെന്നത്‌... അപ്രതീക്ഷിതമായി എന്റെ സുഹൃത്തിനോട്‌ ഒരു രാത്രി ഇവിടെതങ്ങാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ , ആദ്യം അതു നിരസിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഉടനെതന്നെ കിടക്കാമെന്ന്പറഞ്ഞു. അവർ വന്നതിന്റെ അമിതാഹ്ലാദം കൊണ്ടാണോ, അതോ മറ്റു പലകാരണങ്ങൾക്കൊണ്ടാണോയെന്നറിയില്ലാ എനിക്ക്‌ ആ രാത്രി ഉറങ്ങുവാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ലാ... ഉറക്കം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടതുകൊണ്ട് അവർക്ക്‌ എന്ത്‌ കഴിക്കുവാൻ കൊടുക്കും അവരെഎന്തൊക്കെകൊണ്ട്‌ സന്തോഷിപ്പിക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുമെന്നൊക്കെയായി ചിന്ത...

അവർക്കിഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ആഹാരവും, കളികളും, പിന്നെ ഞാൻ കുട്ടികൾക്ക്‌വാങ്ങിക്കൊടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ച ഒരു ആക്ടിവിറ്റി ബുക്കുമൊക്കെയായി ഒരു ദിവസംഞങ്ങൾ ചിലവഴിച്ചു. പിന്നെ ബീച്ചിലൂടെ പോയപ്പോൾ അവരുടെ ദിവസം സമ്പൂർണ്ണമായി. ഒരു പാട്‌ സന്തോഷത്തോടെയാണു ആ ദിവസം ഞാൻ സൈൻ ഓഫ്‌ ചെയ്തത്‌...

ഒരു സാധാരണ സംഭവമായി ഇതിനെ കാണാമെങ്കിലും ഇതിവിടെ എഴുതുവാൻ ഒരുകാരണമുണ്ട്‌. ഇന്ന് നൈറ്റ്‌ ഡൂട്ടിയെടുക്കുവാൻ ഞാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരുന്നു, പക്ഷേ എനിക്ക്‌തോന്നി ഇന്നത്തെ ദിവസം കുട്ടികൾക്കും എന്റെ സുഹൃത്തിനും വേണ്ടിയുളളതാകട്ടെ.... ഇന്ന് ഡൂട്ടിക്ക്‌ പോയാൽ കിട്ടുന്ന വരുമാനത്തേക്കാൾ ഞാൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ടുന്ന കടമ അവരുടെകൂടെ ചിലവഴിക്കുക എന്നതാണെന്ന് തോന്നി... ചിലപ്പോൾ പണത്തിനു തരുവാൻ പറ്റാത്തചില നിമിഷങ്ങളും ഈ ഭൂമിയിലുണ്ട്‌.... അത്‌ മനസ്സറിഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്കുവാൻ സാധിച്ചാൽ, അനുഭവിക്കുവാൻ സാധിച്ചാൽ അതിനേക്കാൾ വലിയ ആത്മസംപ്ത്രിപ്തി വേറെയില്ലാ ഈഭൂമിയിൽ ....

നന്ദി ദൈവമേ ഒരു നല്ല ദിവസത്തിനായി....

വർഷങ്ങൾ പോയതറിയാതെ...

രണ്ട്‌ വർഷങ്ങൾ .... സ്വന്തം കൂരക്ക്‌ കീഴിൽ ഹാലെറ്റ്‌ കോവെന്ന നാട്ടിൽ ജീവിക്കുവാൻതുടങ്ങിയിട്ട്‌... 

എന്റെ അപ്പനോടുളള വാശിക്കാണു ഞാൻ ഈ വീട്‌ സ്വന്തമാക്കിയത്‌..... പക്ഷേസ്വന്തമാക്കികഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഒരു ആത്മസംപ്ത്രിപ്തിയൊക്കെ തോന്നിയെങ്കിലും പിന്നീട്‌ചിന്തിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഒരു വാശിക്ക്‌ നമ്മൾ എല്ലാം സ്വന്തമാക്കുമെങ്കിലും, സ്വന്തമാക്കിയതിനെഎങ്ങനെ വിനിയോഗിക്കുന്നു, അതെങ്ങെനെ അനുഭവിക്കുന്നുവെന്നതാണു പ്രാധാന്യമെന്ന്ജീവിതം എനിക്ക്‌ പഠിപ്പിച്ചു തന്നു.... ഒരു പക്ഷേ ആ ഉൾക്കാഴ്ചയായിരിക്കും ജീവിതത്തിലെഏറ്റവും വലിയ വഴിത്തിരിവ്‌...

എല്ലാം ക്ഷണികമായ ഈ ഭൂമിയിൽ നീ നൽകുന്ന ഓരോ നിമിഷങ്ങൾക്കും ഒരു പാട്‌ നന്ദി.... ജീവിതത്തെ അതിന്റെ പുർണ്ണതയിൽ അനുഭവഭേദ്യമാക്കുവാൻ എല്ലാവർക്കുംസാധിക്കട്ടെയെന്ന പ്രാർത്ഥനയോടെ... നീ നൽകിയ എല്ലാ അനുഗ്രഹങ്ങൾക്കും നന്ദിഅർപ്പിച്ചു കൊണ്ട്‌.....

The way you think has incredible power over your destiny.

Life is a journey through the impact of various emotions associated with distinct circumstances. You always need an emotional support when you go through the roller coaster of hardship. Each and every incidents in our life always leave a memory in our life. Sometimes, we stuck on those memories and couldn’t find the path to move forward. I do experienced that in my life when I lost my third baby in Jan 2021. It was an abortion. Moreover, the untold stories behind each life would push you down into the deepest depth of desperation. You will end up like no way to get out of the darkness around you.

I took this book, “Think better Live Better” from Marion Library, Hallett Cove, when I came to know that I got pregnant. But , got the chance to read it after my abortion. The first message which conceived out of this book was “Reprogram your mind and learn to hit the delete button “. That’s what I wanted in my life. All the pain which I have gone through in my Life needs to be deleted and reprogrammed in order to move forward in my Life.... 

This is Life ... We all have desires, expectations and dreams in terms of everything and everyone around us. But, we will never ever understand how powerful we’re until we stand alone to deal with our crisis. This book brought me the insight into the fact for being pregnant with possibility and God always bless you with what you need!in your life. I concluded after reading that book;  If God has decided to remove a baby from your life, it has a it’s own purpose in your life too. It’s not that you’re not worthy, not auspicious, not blessed... it is that you have destined to receive something else in abundance. So, Remove negative labels, Release the full You and Rediscover who you really are.... 

This book is based on religious aspects and placing the God first , but reinforcing the positivity and making the reader equipped to handling the struggles on our way.

A good book from a good Christian..... but Joel Osteen wrote this for entire humanity....

 എത്ര പെട്ടെന്നാണു ദിവസങ്ങൾ കൊഴിഞ്ഞുപൊക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്‌....നമ്മളിൽ നിന്നകലുന്ന ഓരോ നിമിഷവും നമ്മൾ മരണത്തോട്‌ അടുത്തുകൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കുന്നു... 

ജീവന്റെ തുടിപ്പുകൾ അവശേഷിക്കുന്ന ഇനിയുളള ജീവിതത്തെയെങ്കിലും നമുക്ക്‌ മനോഹരമാക്കാം.... ഭൗതീകമായ ആസക്തികൾക്ക്‌ പുറകെ ഓടാതെ... മനുഷ്യരെതമ്മിലകറ്റുന്ന മാനസ്സിക വിഹ്വലതകളെ മാറ്റിവെച്ച്‌ .... പരസ്പരം സ്നേഹിച്ചും പരിപാലിച്ചും ഒരു ശാന്തമായ മനസ്സിനുടമായായി ജീവിക്കുവാൻ എല്ലാവർക്കും സാധിക്കട്ടെ....

ശാന്തമായ ജീവിതത്തേക്കാൾ അമൂല്യമായി.. സുന്ദരമായി ഈ ഭൂമിയിൽ ഒന്നുംതന്നെയില്ലായെന്ന തിരിച്ചറിവ്‌ ആകട്ടെ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇനിയുളള ഓരോ നിമിഷങ്ങളും ...
